(hereinafter referred to as "Tianxianwei") announced that its 7.0-inch MIPI interface LCD module TXW700185B0

has been successfully imported into the industry's first "immersive full screen" smart home panel - AHome

MagicPad X1. The first batch of 30000 LCD modules have been successfully produced and delivered to

European and North American channels, marking the first large-scale entry of domestic wide temperature

high brightness display solutions into the overseas high-end whole house intelligent market.

Project Background
In the post pandemic era, the demand for home automation and energy-saving management among European and

American consumers has surged. AHome company plans to launch a flagship panel for villas and lofts with

"one screen control for the whole house": it must be readable at a 7-meter line of sight, usable in Nordic garages at -10 ℃,

and have no black screens in summer sunrooms. It must also be driven on a low-power quad core SoC for smooth animation.

Traditional 3.5-5 TN or ordinary IPS screens cannot meet the requirements of brightness, viewing angle, and temperature 

adaptability. AHome turned its attention to TXW700185B0 from Tianxianwei.

Visual experience upgrade

720 × RGB × 1440 resolution, 0.108mm pixel pitch, typical brightness of 300 cd/m ², combined with normally black LCD 

and full view optical film, users can see the air conditioning temperature and doorbell image from any angle in the living room.

Ultra thin full screen ID
The module thickness is only 2.2mm, and the frame is less than 5mm. It can be directly embedded into 86 boxes of metal

brackets, achieving a minimalist design of "glass as panel"; The 30Pin 0.5mm FPC supports side output, avoiding strong electrical

wiring and eliminating the need for additional adapter boards.

Wide temperature and low power consumption
-Industrial grade temperature range of 20 ℃~+70 ℃, passed the -10 ℃ low-temperature start-up and+55 ℃ sunlight room aging

test for 500 hours; 16 white LEDs with a 1kHz PWM dimming range of 1% -100%, with a standby power consumption of less than 0.5W,

meeting EU ERP and California CEC energy efficiency regulations.

Fast communication
4-lane MIPI DSI, Single lane 1Gbps, complete full frame UI rendering at startup in 2 seconds; The MIPI interface inside the

SoC does not need to be converted to RGB, saving approximately $1.2 in BOM costs.

Longevity&Environmental Protection
LED has a lifespan of 30000 hours and can serve for 20 years if lit up for 4 hours per day; Full process lead-free RoHS, passed

REACH 233 hazardous substance testing, successfully obtained CE, FCC, UL certifications, and zero customs clearance delays.

development cycle
Only 65 days from project initiation to mass production:
In the first week, Tianxianwei provided electrical and structural drawings, and both parties finalized the panel openings at once;
In the second week, complete the -10 ℃ low-temperature start-up and ESD 8kV contact test;
In the third week, TVS tubes were added to the backlight driver board, with a surge of ± 1kV according to IEC 61000-4-5;
In the fourth week, a small-scale trial production of 200 units was conducted, and the animation frame rate of the APP remained stable at 60fps;
In the fifth week, 30000 bulk orders were locked in, and the daily production capacity of the Tianxianwei production line was 8K,

with delivery 3 days ahead of schedule.
